Safe & Secure Shopping

Rest assured that your personal and credit card information is safe with us.
You know how a lot of people are scared of flying, even though it's statistically safer than driving? The same paradox exists for online credit card use versus traditional credit card use.  Online purchases are statistically safer than using your credit card at a restaurant or department store. Technical experts state that online purchases are far safer than traditional credit card transactions because the information is immediately encrypted into a scrambled message that can only be decrypted by an authorized computer.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the liability for you up to $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made Legacy Cages site.  In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting guidelines and procedures.

Shipping & Delivery

Under our domestic shipping methods, we currently only ship to the contiguous USA, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virigin Islands.  For shipments to all other locations, see the international shipping page.

Domestic Shipping Time Frame

Once you place an order with us, expect the shipment to leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days.  Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, we will get a tracking number from the warehouse and email it to you.  Although your order will ship out in 1-3 business, we may not have tracking details available for you for up to 5 business days.  You will also receive an email from us if there are any questions or issues regarding your order.  Although you will receive all correspondence regarding your order via email, but you can also use our order status page to look up your order and check for updates.

International Shipping

For all international shipments we use Bongo International, a highly rated shipping forwarder.  Shipping with Bongo is safe, simple, fast, and affordable.  You simply create a Bongo account, and Bongo gives you a USA-based shipping address to use for your order.  We then ship to that USA address, and once Bongo receives your order they send it to you.

Once you place an order with us using the USA-based shipping address that Bongo provides you with, expect to receive tracking details via email within 1-5 business days. You will also receive an email from us if there are any questions or issues regarding your order. You will receive all correspondence regarding your order via email, but you can also use our order status page to look up your order and check for updates. Once Bongo receives your order, they will notify you of this and stay in touch with you throughout the remainder of the shipping process. Once your order has been delivered to your Bongo address, our involvement in the order process is complete. However, as always, you can feel free to contact us at any point.

Privacy & Security

Thank you for shopping with us. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. To enhance your shopping experience, we collect statistical information on the products and pages you view, and then we analyze that information in the aggregate. When you place an order, we necessarily collect basic information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. We use this information to confirm and ship your order, and to communicate with you concerning the status of your order and to answer any questions you may have. Where required, we also share this information with certain intermediaries (such as product manufacturers and suppliers, freight carriers, and/or shipping companies) for the sole purpose of processing and shipping your order.

Our site uses cookies to keep track of the products in your shopping cart so you don't have to re-add them each time you visit. You do NOT have to accept cookies to browse our site. However, our shopping cart does require the acceptance of cookies in order to work properly. We never use cookies to store sensitive customer information such as names, addresses, passwords, or credit card information.
There are several "Tell a Friend" features on our site that allow you to easily share product or other valuable information with your friends. Any e-mail addresses provided to us in the use of these features are used solely to deliver that particular e-mail. They are NOT retained in our database.

If we change this Privacy Policy in whole or in part, we will inform you by posting a notice on this site. Any changes will go into effect on the date they are posted and will apply to all users.

Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of, as follows:

Defective Item - Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has a defect, please contact the manufacturer as instructed in the paperwork that came with the product. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, feel free to contact us.

Damaged Item – If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Paypal.com processes all of our payments.  If you have an account with Paypal you can use it.  If you don't have an account there you can still pay through their site without making an account.  All transactions through Paypal are secured and protected.  You can pay with credit card or echeck thru Paypal or mail an order form with a person check to our home address.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
